VACANCY: MARKETING COORDINATOR
Job Purpose: To coordinate the implementation of the marketing strategy. Plan and arrange campaigns, promotional activities and digital content of the organization.
Suitably qualified candidates who meet the following requirements are invited to apply:
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
Key functions and Responsibilities:
- Give input on marketing strategy and compile annual marketing calendar.
- Prepare annual marketing budget and monitor expenditure of budget.
- Coordinate the designing of promotional materials and adverts, brochures, signage etc.
- Liaise with external service providers (media, photographers, digital marketing partners).
- Establish project committees and coordinate the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Gather input from doctors and managers on services to be promoted.
- Analyse market trends and provide data to guide marketing related decisions.
- Ensure website and social media pages are updated with relevant content.
- Prepare reports on campaigns and monthly reports.
