Vacancy: Quality Assurance Officer
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2026 as amended) requirements, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of the hospital’s Quality Management System.
- Support departments in investigating quality related incidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist with collecting, analysing, and compilation of quality assurance data.
- Maintain accurate quality assurance records and databases.
- Coordinate and participate in internal quality audits across departments.
- Support quality assurance training and awareness programs for staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Risk/Compliance Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in healthcare

Vacancy: Client Relations Officer
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Medipark and Special Purpose Funders (SPF)
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the relationship between Medipark, SPF, external service providers and patients.
- Act as a liaison between external service providers, internal support departments, and SPF to resolve operational and administrative challenges.
- Assist healthcare providers in resolving approval queries to ensure timely patient care.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate communication, including translation between patients, families, healthcare providers, and support departments where required.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to administrative and clinical staff regarding SPF requirements and authorization processes.
- Support marketing, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and business development activities targeting SPF members.
- Analyse operational data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Monitor service trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned that support stakeholder relationship management, patient experience, and business growth objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English, Oshiwambo and Portuguese.
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in healthcare administration, marketing or stakeholder management.
- Related tertiary qualification
